Data Encoders update, maintain and retrieve information held on computer systems. They prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and verify entered customer and account data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter information into a data storage and data retrieval system via processes such as scanning, manual keying or electronic data transfer in order to process large amounts of data.

• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

• Preparing and sorting data for computer entry.

• Reviewing data to make sure it's accurate before entering it in the system.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent in English & Amharic Language in writing and speaking

• A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field of study

• Candidates should bring their laptop for the job
