Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for data center energy projects, formulate service delivery solutions, and resolve technical issues.

• Transfers skills related to data center energy products energy storage system.

• Collect and analyze product serviceability requirements, summarize them, and drive the service representative to implement them.

•  Summarize and share project delivery experience and cases.

• Responsible the project delivery and product maintenance. 

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirements : BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Power Focus) & electronic related
Language Skill: English 
Skills or Certificate Requirements 

Service Skill Requirements 
1. Have a good command of basic knowledge about equipment, installation, and commissioning in the energy field. Have knowledge and work experience related to the energy field, channel customers, end customers, or R&D.
2. Analytical, problem-solving oriented, with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
3. Hard-working, good service awareness, and basic delivery knowledge and problem handling and escalation management knowledge.
4.Excellent communication skills capability, attention to detail, and high-quality standards.
Professional Knowledge Requirements 
1.Experience with UPS and cooling systems, energy storage, etc.
2. Master the installation and commissioning skills of Data center energy product and energy storage.
