Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or 12th grade Complete in any field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 0 years

  • Excellent interpersonal and language skills, especially fluent in English and Amharic;

  • Ability to explain and persuade our company's clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Guide customers through the booking process, confirm reservations, and process payments accurately.

  • Provide detailed information about our tour packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Process changes to existing bookings and handle cancellations in accordance with company policies.

  • Accurately update and maintain customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

  • Liaise with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Keep up-to-date on our tour offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

  • Solicit customer feedback to help us improve our services.
