Customer Service Officer responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services. Customer Service Officers resolve complaints, maintain high customer satisfaction, and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/or related Departments with zero years of experience.

Only Graduates of 2020, 2021, and 2022.

 CGPA – For Females: 2.75 and above

For Males: 3.0 and above

 Age – Below 30 years

The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers, checks, signs and counter-signs on tickets, ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.

NB. For branches listed from No 1 – 4 writing and speaking of Somali and from No 5-11 writing and speaking of Afaan Oromo languages is mandatory.
