Job Summary
Abay Car and Machinery Rent is working SUV car rent and heavy equipment rent and sales solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and organized Customer Service Manager to bridge the gap between our high-quality fleet and our valued clients and Facilitate customer recruitment through different Digital outlets. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every rental experience—from the first inquiry to the final contract signing—is seamless and professional.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or with related field of study
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years professional experience.
Direct experience working in Car Rental companies, Tour and Travel agencies, or Marketing firms is highly preferred.
Digital Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing professional social media pages and running marketing campaigns (specifically on Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp).

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit new corporate and individual clients to expand our market share in the car and machinery rental sector.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and personalized service.
Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and finalize formal lease and service agreements with customers, ensuring all terms are clear and mutually beneficial.
Service Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Growth: Stay updated on industry trends to suggest competitive pricing and service improvements.
Campaign Management: Design and execute high-impact social media campaigns across Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Generate engaging posts, videos, and updates that showcase our fleet and machinery to attract potential renters.
Digital Interaction: Actively manage all incoming inquiries via social media platforms, converting "comments and likes" into "contracts and bookings."
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends to keep Abay Car and Machinery Rent at the forefront of the digital market.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Social Media Savvy: High proficiency in Facebook Business Suite, Telegram Channel management, and TikTok content trends.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in digital tools, Excel and office tools and CRM tools.
A customer-first mindset with a "get-it-done" attitude.
