Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all contractual documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, local codes, permit requirements, and environmental, health, and safety standards.
Prepare, draft, and review contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor/supplier agreements to ensure accurate reflection of scope of work, deliverables, quality standards, schedules, payment terms, insurance, warranties, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
Obtain and manage required approvals, insurance certificates, bonds, licenses, and guarantees, and ensure their validity throughout the contract lifecycle
Serve as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including transport companies, consignors, individual truck owners, forwarders, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams (legal and finance), to ensure clear understanding of contractual obligations and any changes.
