Job Summary

• Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with AMG Holdings’ corporate values and objectives.
• Manage community relations programs and partnerships with local organizations.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen trust and collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership on community and CSR matters.
• Represent the company in community forums, events, and stakeholder consultations.

Job Requirement

• Education Level: Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in CSR, community relations, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in managing CSR projects and building community partnerships.
  • Experience in corporate or NGO settings with strong project management skills.

Required Skill

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks, sustainability practices, and community development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
