Pedi-Care Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery S.C is looking for a committed, ethical, and capable professional to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the company which primarily works on the first private pediatric multi-specialty center in Addis Ababa. 

The CEO will provide overall leadership and coordination of the company’s clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions while supporting the institution’s mission of delivering quality pediatric healthcare services.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree in Medicine, Public health or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare institution

• Health professional who has good experience in Healthcare Management, or related qualification.

• Management experience in private practice including hospital, clinic, or pediatric healthcare administration is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and day-to-day operations of the company

• Coordinate clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient service delivery

• Support implementation of strategic plans and organizational policies

• Oversee budgeting, financial discipline, and operational performance

• Promote patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives

• Supervise human resource management and staff performance

• Strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders

• Prepare operational and performance reports for the Board

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a growing and dynamic healthcare environment

• Good understanding of healthcare regulations and operational systems in Ethiopia
