Main Duty & Responsibilities

Financial advisor acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership. They analyze market trends, oversee budgeting, and build long-term financial forecasts for multiple business units

• Direct financial planning and forecasting processes across various operational business units.

• Evaluate company expenses, liabilities, income, and market data to spot financial risks and opportunities.

• Help multiple business units improve cash management, debt structuring and cost control.

• Serve as an expert consultant to company executives on investments, acquisitions and performance metrics.

• Ensure all financial strategies align with federal, industry, and corporate governance standards.

• Evaluate investment projects, assess financial risks, and optimize capital resources.

• Track actual financial results against forecasts and suggest corrective measures for variances

• oversees    all   organization's   financial   health,    guiding   investment    decisions,   risk management and strategic planning to maximize stake holder value

• Identifying, assessing, and reducing financial, market, and credit risks

• Ensuring all financial operations meet legal standards, tax laws, and industry regulations to avoid penalties

• Reviewing financial reports to find operational inefficiencies and cut unnecessary costs

• Directing and training accountants, financial analysts, and budgeting staff

• Build robust financial models to support decision-making

• Analyze cash flow needs and optimize working capital

• Ensure your capital structure supports sustainable growth

• Identify the root causes of cash flow challenges

• Optimize working capital management

• Structure short-term financing solutions

• Support negotiations with banks, lenders, and investors

• Identifying and assessing suitable targets

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & accounting, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 10/12 years and above, from these at least 3 years in Similar position in the construction management positions.

Technical Skills

• High proficiency in financial planning software, database management, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

• Strong verbal and written communication, executive presentation abilities, and cross-functional collaboration

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Accounting, or a related field. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience for Master’s Degree holders or 12 years for Bachelor’s Degree holders, including at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within construction management.
