BACKGROUND
Kurmuk Gold Mine Plc (KGM) is a subsidiary of Allied Gold Corp which is a global company with offices in Dubai, UAE and Perth, Australia and has different mine projects in Mali, cote d'ivoire as well as Ethiopia. KGM is the Ethiopian project with a Large-Scale Gold Mining License and three contiguous Exploration Licenses. All licenses are located in western Ethiopia approximately 750 km from Addis Ababa, or about 90 km north-west of Assosa town in Benishangul Gumuze Regional State.
KGM has been using foreign consultants and local professional support staff to carry out all the exploration and mining activities. The company currently has created job opportunity for more than 200 Ethiopians and expects to employ 1,500 people during the construction and operation of the mining activities.

Job Title: - Camp Administrator

Brief outline of duties:
Plan, Coordinate, organize and manage the field camp administration, procurement, finance, logistics and supply, activities to support gold mining and exploration projects of the company.
1.1 Main duties and responsibilities
- Efficiently carry out various tasks in field camp administration, finance, HR, logistic and related tasks to support the core business of the company, Mining and Exploration.
1.3 General
1.3.1 Work Experience: Senior level (5+ year work experience in same position or related).
1.3.2 Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period.
1.3.3 Salary: Negotiable & Attractive (Industry related & adequately compensated for the location).
Duty Station: - Benshangul Gumuz, Asosa Zone, Kurmuk Woreda Project Site - Fly In/Fly out roster (6/2weeks)

1.2.1 Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s in management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
1.2.2 Skill
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A good communicator with effective management & conflict resolution skills.
• A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate the team.
• Excellent analytical skills (Forecasting, Problem-solving, Reporting etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Has driving license.
