Job Summary

The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and supervising café staff. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain efficient service and a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
