Hosea Trading House PLC is working on transforming to Holding Company having sister companies namely; Hosea Real Estate, Hosea Import/Export Trading and Capital Hotel & Spa under a corporate structure. The Company is interested to recruit Business Development & Marketing Manager who will work at a corporate level and Civil Engineer at the Real Estate sector. Responsibilities

• Identify the organization long-run opportunities given its market experience and core competences.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives taking into account changing global opportunities and challenges.
• Monitor the marketing environment and continually asses market potential and forecast demand.
• Formulate and direct promotional and advertising activities

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• MA in Economics, Business Management, Economic Policy or any related field

Work Experience

• Minimum of 8 years proven experience in the area of which 2 years’ in a managerial position
