Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our logistics services, including shipping, tracking, and delivery schedules.
Receive and hand over client’s shipment properly.
On handover package from client counting, checking the item and requesting receipts or letter is expected.
Generate daily branch shipment manifest to head office.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Issue receipts to customer based on the company stated price list for cash, credit and COD shipments.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations teams, to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment and delivery.
Report issues related to cash register and any other finance case to finance team and immediate supervisor.
Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and updating shipment status.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling logistics service.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on their shipments, address any delays or issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Deposit daily sales amount to the bank and report the list with excel to finance team.
