Our company Get-Hab wood, metal and Aluminum works on a growing and reputable manufacturing organization engaged in Furniture Production, Wood Processing, and Metal works. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professional to join our production team as an Assistant Production Manager.

• Employment Type:- Full Time (Monday up to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5 PM)

• Work Location: Addis Ababa, Bole woreda 7 Jackro near to Robara cafe

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and implementing production plans and schedules.

• Supervise workshop operations (carpentry, CNC, welding, fabrication, assembly, finishing).

• Monitor machine utilization and reduce downtime.

• Ensure compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.

• Minimize material waste (wood and metal) and reduce rework.

• Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE usage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Knowledge of CNC machines, woodworking machines, or fabrication equipment.

• Production planning and scheduling skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of quality control systems.

• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

• Prepare daily production and performance reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and quality teams.

• Support staff supervision, discipline, and performance management.

• Good organizational and reporting skills.

• Commitment to workplace safety.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology ,Wood Technology, Production Management Or related field of study.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Furniture manufacturing Or Wood processing.
