Job Requirements

Education:

• MSc Degree in Architecture or equivalent field of study

Experience:

• 10 years relevant experience out of which 2 years’ experience in managerial position 

• Proven track record of successfully leading a minimum of 5 large-scale (above G+5) building projects from concept to completion across various sectors

• Designed at least 5 > G+4 building projects and 5 different story buildings

• Worked as a BIM manager for at least two years in a well-known company

 Quantity Required: One (1)

 Terms of Employment: Permanent

 Place of Work: Addis Ababa

 Salary: As per company salary scale

• Leadership skill

• Technical expertise

• BIM certified

  Soft Skills:

• Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under time-sensitive and quality-critical conditions.

• Provides strong technical and practical input to supervision and inspection teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Highly quality-focused, detail-oriented, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

 Software Proficiency:               

• Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop

• 3D Max, Sketch-up, Aftereffect, Blender, D5 Render taken as an advantage

• PMP taken as an advantage

 Professional License: Renewed practicing professional level
