An accountant manages, analyzes, and reports an organization’s financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance with laws, and fiscal efficiency

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and records.

• Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Analysis & Advisory: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profits or reduce costs.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, forecasting financial results, and monitoring expenses.

• Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Technology Utilization: Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and potentially AI/automation tools to improve efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or in a related field of study

• experience: 2 years and above of relevant work experience in the importing of pharmaceuticals is preferable
