Job Requirements

Qualifications:  Diploma in Accounting or above

Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting works. NGO experience is advantageous.

Skills Required: Computer literacy and IT skills with practical experience in accounting software such as Peachtree Accounting…                                                

Language:  A good command of spoken and written English. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling checks payments and collections.

• Preparing check payment vouchers and checks.

• Keeping the register updated and the balance as well.

• Reconciling bank statement with registers.

• Preparing monthly financial report. 

• Maintain up-to-date record of accounts using accounting software
